It stands for the Pennsylvania State Conference of Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous. PENNSCYPAA is an annual conference that provides an opportunity for AAs from all over the state and all over the world to come together and share their experience, strengths, and hopes as members of Alcoholics Anonymous. It has been held over a weekend in July or August in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1989.
